Lounges on the second and third floors feature large televisions and dining spaces, while a guest room also serves as an office with two single beds.
Panoramic terraces on the upper levels offer settings for outdoor meals and quiet moments overlooking the Saronic Gulf.
The private pool features a hydro-massage system and adjustable multicolour lighting, with depths reaching 2.70 m.

Cleaning every four days. Central heating and a laundry room are available.
