Welcome to 6-Bedroom Sea View Villa in Parikia, a serene retreat on Paros island with breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. Generous living spaces and expansive grounds make it an inviting setting for families and groups of friends.
The main building is arranged into four independent accommodation units, offering privacy within the group. Interiors include two en suite master bedrooms with panoramic views, spacious living rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. A distinctive cave-style double bedroom with an en suite bathroom adds to the villa’s character.
Six bedrooms accommodate up to 12 guests, with air conditioning, smart television and high-speed Wi-Fi for a comfortable island stay.
Set within 6,000 m² of outdoor space, the villa offers a two-level swimming pool with a Jacuzzi on the upper level. Relax by the water, gather for a barbecue and enjoy the open sea views.
The spacious grounds can also accommodate intimate gatherings and micro-events, subject to prior arrangement.
Daily cleaning for three hours, linen changes every 3–4 days, and towels and bathroom amenities.
