Pool level: A master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and pool access, two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, a living and dining area, and a kitchenette. A washing machine and dryer add everyday convenience.
First floor: An open-plan living room with fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen opens onto a sea-view dining and lounge terrace. This level includes a guest WC, a separate entrance and a smaller sitting veranda. An outdoor staircase leads to the pool.
Upper floor: Two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, plus a single bedroom with a WC. The master bedroom has a private sea-view balcony with two loungers.
The villa provides four bathrooms and three WCs in total.
The 92 m² private swimming pool features an infinity edge overlooking the sea and town. Sunbeds, lounge seating and an electric awning provide space for both sunshine and shade.
Sea-view terraces and balconies invite alfresco meals and quiet moments. An outdoor shower and WC serve the pool area.
Welcome upon arrival, cleaning and linen/towel changes twice a week, and bathroom amenities.
